I was born and raised around the Enderby area. I graduated from the Massage Therapy program from Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in Vernon in 2021.

Now offering treatments as a Registered Massage Therapist. This is my dream career and I am happy to assist you with your health and wellness, at both Armstrong and Enderby clinics tailoring each treatment to help meet your health goals.

My treatment styles include deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, joint mobilizations, active/passive stretching, myofascial release and Swedish massage.
